Probiotic Rich Smoothie

Coconut Lime

1 Quart of milk, yogurt or keifer

2-3 frozen bananas

2-3 drops of lime essential oil

½ cup shredded coconut

*Lemon or Orange essential oils are also great choices!

Wake Me Up Smoothie

1Quart milk, yogurt or keifer

1-2 drops peppermint essential oil

2-3 T raw cocoa powder

2 frozen bananas

Maple Syrup to taste

*May substitute avocados for bananas and add natural sweetener of choice.

*Oils vary in their viscosity. To avoid getting too much essential oil in your favorite smoothies and recipes, drop the desired number of drops onto a spoon before adding them.
