BLUEBERRY VERBENA HYDRATION

Calming, hormone balancing, hydrating, high in antioxidants

8 oz chilled carbonated water, coconut water or good clean H2O

Handful of frozen blueberries

1 T lemon verbena hydrsol

pinch of pink himalayan salt

Add all ingredients to a glass.

Serve immediately.

BALANCING BLUEBERRY POPSCICLES

1 cup blueberries

1 banana (or other desired sweetener)

4 T chia seeds (high in magnesium, potassium, omega fats)

1/2 avocado (vitamins C, E, K, and B-6, riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, and potassium. In addition lutein, beta-carotene, and omega-3 fatty acids)

1 T Rose Hips Hydrosol (prized as a hormone balancer)

Blend all on high. Pour into popsicle molds. Eat as desired once frozen.
