This is a very well-balanced coffee, showing chocolate and florals on the overtones in perfect harmony. Excellent body with a buttery consistency. The chocolate and floral notes carry through to the nice long finish, joined by a hint of nuts. Another example of an excellent coffee from the Chiapas region.
