We have adapted this family favorite over the years to be about as healthy as a marshmallow cranberry salad can be! It is best started the night before so go ahead, gather your ingredients and surprise yourself with the melding of flavors that will delight your palate!
Gram's Cranberry Marshmallow Salad
1 regular bag of healthy marshmallows or 10 small bags of Smashmallows
1/2 cup of sucanut or cane sugar (or to taste- I tend to lose less)
2 pounds of organic red grapes, cut in half
1 bag of fresh cranberries, pulsed in the food processor
1 can of full fat coconut cream (not coconut milk), whipped

Break up the marshmallows in small pieces (quarters). Add the grapes, cane sugar and cranberries. Let this sit overnight in the fridge. Right before serving, fold in the whipped coconut cream. ENJOY!
