Fermented Ketchup

Heeerrrrreeee is Adam to give you a video demo of one of America's most cherished condiments...fermented! (Full recipe is posted at the bottom).



Fermented ketchup 2 small cans of organic tomato paste 1/3 cup raw honey or maple syrup (+/- to taste) 3 cloves of minced garlic 6 T whey, ferment brine or kombucha vinegar Add 1 tsp of raw ACV if you’re not using kombucha vinegar 2 1/4 tsp of sea salt Pinch or two of cayenne (to taste!) Blend it until smooth and well mixed. Put into a jar with a tight fitting lid. It is ready in about three days.

You can customize this by adding onion or onion powder, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, etc.
